A decision to award funding does not create a contract until both the applicant and programme authorities sign any required grant documents.
The County Government of Trans Nzoia may change these terms, update programme details, or close the grant call at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
